How do I contact the candidates?

Is receiving talent profiles non-binding?

Basically “yes”: In none of our pricing models do you pay to receive profiles. Either you only pay in the event of a successful placement, or you pay an additional fixed starting fee so that our experts can intensively search for you. We have presented the three simple pricing models here in a completely transparent way. There are no hidden fees in the small print.

Do the candidates know which company their profile is sent to?

Yes, candidates are always asked individually in advance whether there is interest in a particular position. A profile is only transmitted to a company after concrete consent and actual interest. This creates efficiency and transparency.

What are the fees for recruiting via Rocken?

Rocken® provides you with three clear models for highly efficient recruiting. Depending on the model, fees only apply upon successful recruitment or are charged at a fixed price. How can I contact Rocken?

We are available to hear from you every day, by phone, email or contact form.

Will I be informed by email about a new job?

In order not to put too many emails in your inbox, we will send you the first two requests per day immediately by email. If further enquiries are received, you will receive a summary of all new job opportunities at the end of the day. This way, you will have no more than three emails from us per day in your inbox.

How long will it take me to get a new job?

Candidates usually receive their first invitations in the first two weeks. However, this can vary greatly depending on the industry. After an invitation is sent, each company has different processes with different terms. It is best to start immediately so as not to lose time.

What happens to my data if I share it with Rocken?

Don’t worry, your data is securely protected by Rocken® and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

Do companies see my profile?

Never without your consent. Your Rocken® Talent Profile is only visible to those companies with whom you share your profile. You thus give your selected company the right to do so.
